Snr. Site Engineer
Site Engineer is very essential for a construction project. The responsibilities of a Site Engineer are wide as he must provide sufficient advice and supervision when there are any technical issues, preparation of day-to-day reports of the construction works. Ensuring that the work done is as per project specification, method statement and drawing. Coordination with design department regarding drawing issues. Measurements verify as per approved Drawings & Contract. Preparation of Interim payment certificate (IPC). Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). Attend weekly & monthly and design meetings
Quality Control Inspector
Inspection of reinforcement as per approved drawings and bar bending schedule (Foundation, Retaining wall, Column, Beam and Slab). Inspection of Form work (Size, alignment, plumb and level Before Concrete pouring. During concrete pouring monitoring the Form work. Brick Work inspection as per approved drawings Specification & methodology. Before plaster work check chipping & mesh fixing and plumb points. During plaster work ensure mortar ratio. After plaster work ensure curing. Issue JSI for correction of works. Coordination with Design Department regarding Drawings issues. Prepare Daily & Monthly inspection Report.
